1. İşleme Süresi

  • Tüm siparişler 1-3 iş günü içerisinde işleme alınır.
  • Siparişler hafta sonları veya tatil günlerinde gönderilmez.
  • Yüksek sipariş hacmi olan dönemlerde gönderimlerde küçük gecikmeler yaşanabilir.

2. Nakliye Ücretleri ve Teslimat Süreleri

  • Nakliye ücretleri, siparişinizin ağırlığına ve teslimat adresine göre ödeme sayfasında hesaplanır.
  • Standart Gönderim: 7-14 iş günü.
  • Hızlı Gönderim: 3-5 iş günü.

3. Gönderim Bölgeleri

  • Dünyanın hemen hemen her yerine gönderim yapıyoruz. Ancak, bazı uzak bölgeler için teslimat süreleri değişkenlik gösterebilir.

4. Kargo Takibi

  • Siparişiniz kargoya verildiğinde, e-posta adresinize bir “Takip Numarası” gönderilecektir.
  • Siparişinizi bu numara ile kargo firmasının web sitesi üzerinden takip edebilirsiniz.

5. Gümrük ve Vergiler

  • Uluslararası gönderimlerde, varış ülkesinin uyguladığı gümrük vergileri ve harçlar müşterinin sorumluluğundadır.
  • Bu ücretler sipariş bedeline dahil değildir.
